International premium real estate firm expands in the Greater Toronto Area and opens first shop in North Toronto

Toronto, Ontario (June 1, 2016) – Engel & Völkers, the European-based premium real estate firm, recently announced its newest shop in Canada in the Don Mills neighbourhood of Toronto, bringing the firm’s global network and exclusive level of service to the area’s diverse market. Led by award-winning, real estate professional Anita Springate-Renaud, owner and Broker of Record, the new Engel & Völkers Toronto Don Mills will provide its premium service and international reach to clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Springate-Renaud, who is fluent in German and French, will serve Don Mills and surrounding neighbourhoods including Leaside, The Bridle Path, York Mills and Donalda.

The Engel & Völkers Toronto Don Mills brokerage will open its temporary location on June 1st, 2016 in the Shops at Don Mills, Ontario’s first open air centre, and will move to its newly renovated permanent location in the centre in mid-September. The office will serve both residential and commercial markets.
